Lizzy Buss is Executive Director at MUFG Investor Services, specialising in identifying and creating new client partnerships. Previously Lizzy served in senior positions at State Street and UBS Investment Bank.  

Lizzy is a regular speaker and technical author and has contributed to the UK Government’s Hampton-Alexander Review. She has created cross-company industry events including Behavioural Finance 2019, ESG series 2020, and Deconstructing the Polycrisis 2023, in collaboration with 100 Women in Finance. Lizzy is an ambassador for the Diversity Project and the founder of networks including MUFG Investor Services’ inaugural global employee network, All of Us. Lizzy previously served on the board of Help For Children UK, previously known as Hedge Funds Care. 

Lizzy was Shortlisted for Most Trailblazing Woman of the Year 2023, Most Inspiring Returner Women in Finance Awards 2019, Women In Investments Awards 2018.

Lizzy holds a BSC (Hons) Chemistry from the University of Nottingham.
