Lailany Sierra is currently the Head of Global Company Governance and Transversal Projects at CHANEL. Lailany works with the Chief of Staff to provide transparency and optimise the decision-making process of the company around its key strategic, business and functional priorities. She helps to define the agendas of the various governance bodies for the company, working in close collaboration with the leadership team, the company secretary, internal governance connectors, and board members. 

Prior to joining CHANEL, Lailany held various Human Resources senior leadership roles in the entertainment industry. Lailany has lived in several metropolitan cities and most recently relocated to London in 2018 with her spouse.

Lailany is a Board Member at United Way United Kingdom in London. She also participates in the Baruch College Executives on Campus Academic Year-Long Mentoring Program.

Lailany holds an MBA from the Zicklin School of Business and a BBA from Baruch College, City University of New York. She earned a certificate from the Yale School of Management Executive Education Women’s Leadership Program in 2021. Lailany is an active member of the International Women’s Forum UK. Lailany is also a member and serves as Recording Secretary for The London (UK) Chapter of The Links, Incorporated.
